Terms & Conditions of Use
1) Definitions
- Service: the “GetMyPage” platform, which allows you to create and manage personal pages with links and content.
- User: anyone who accesses or uses the Service, whether registered or not.
- Subscription: a recurring paid plan that unlocks additional features.
- Paddle: Paddle.com acting as Merchant of Record (MoR) for payments.
2) Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using the Service, the User accepts these Terms. If they do not intend to accept them, they must refrain from using the Service.
3) Eligibility
The Service may be used by adults (18+). Minors may use the Service only with parent/guardian consent and within the limits of the law.
4) Account
- The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for safeguarding credentials.
- GetMyPage offers access through Google OAuth/Google Identity Services. By choosing this option, the User authorizes Google to provide GetMyPage with the data needed to authenticate or link the account; GetMyPage does not receive or store the Google password.
- Unauthorized sharing of the account and any fraudulent use are prohibited.
5) Plans, Prices and Changes
- Prices are shown at the time of purchase and may change in the future with reasonable notice.
- Some features are available only with paid plans.
6) Payments with Paddle (MoR)
- Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record, issuing receipts/invoices and handling VAT/TVA/sales tax where applicable.
- The statement descriptor may appear as “Paddle”.
- Available payment methods, currency and taxation are determined by Paddle.
7) Subscriptions, Renewals and Cancellations
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
- Where a free trial or introductory promotional period is made available, the first charge occurs when that period ends unless cancelled within the timeframe communicated with the offer.
8) Free trials
Any free trial or introductory promotional period may be offered only for selected plans, during specific periods and at GetMyPage’s sole discretion. Availability is valid only if expressly shown on the purchase page or checkout at the time of the order. GetMyPage may enable, limit, modify or withdraw those offers at any time for future purchases.
9) Upgrade/Downgrade and failed payments
- Plan changes take effect immediately; any pro-rata adjustments are handled by Paddle.
- In case of non-payment, there is a 3-day grace period; after that, access to paid features may be suspended until payment is regularized.
- Primary currency: EUR.
10) Permitted Use and Prohibitions
- It is forbidden to infringe third-party rights, send spam, distribute malware, publish illegal content or content inciting hate/violence, circumvent security measures, perform mass scraping or unauthorized automations.
- Adult/explicit content is not allowed even if legal.
11) User Content
- The User retains rights over their content and grants GetMyPage a limited, revocable license to provide the Service.
- GetMyPage may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.
12) Automated moderation and translations
- Uploaded images, video frames sent for verification, support or plan-request messages and related attachments may be automatically analyzed through OpenAI models for moderation, detection of sensitive content and translation into Italian.
- Data transmitted to those algorithms include the content provided by the User and related metadata (for example file type, declared language, sender email) and may be processed on infrastructure located outside the EEA (e.g., United States) in compliance with the Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Automations and scoring are used solely to protect the service and handle requests; any decision with significant effects is always validated by an operator.
- The User warrants that they hold the rights to the submitted materials and agrees that such content may be temporarily stored in technical logs for audit and security purposes.
13) External services and third-party data
- The “Social Followers” feature queries datasets from Bright Data Ltd. to estimate follower counts, avatars and profile names by sharing the URLs entered by the User; those data remain subject to the terms of the originating social platforms and the User is responsible for compliant uses.
- GeoFilter searches and localization features rely on RapidAPI / GeoDB and headers provided by the CDN (e.g., Cloudflare) to determine city, region and country; the information is approximate and may be cached to improve performance.
- GetMyPage does not guarantee the accuracy of estimates or data coming from third parties and may suspend the service if it is used in violation of laws or the external providers’ terms.
- GetMyPage is designed to significantly reduce the risk of detection, limitation or challenge by social platforms or other third-party providers, but it does not guarantee or promise 100% safety or the absence of detection, shadowbans, limitations, suspensions, blocks, content removals, reach reductions or any other actions taken by third parties.
- Any reference to security, reliability, protection or risk reduction describes the purpose and features of the Service and does not constitute a guarantee of results. The User remains solely responsible for verifying that their use of the Service complies with third-party platform terms, applicable law and obligations owed to third parties.
14) Intellectual Property
The Service, the name “GetMyPage”, logos and software are protected by copyright and other safeguards.
15) Maintenance, Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or modify the Service for technical or legal reasons. In case of serious violations, we reserve the right to close accounts.
16) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law and except in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence or non-waivable obligations, GetMyPage disclaims implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages, nor for suspensions, limitations, shadowbans, blocks, removals, loss of reach, followers, monetization, data, content, business opportunities or reputation resulting from decisions or measures adopted by social platforms, third-party providers or authorities in connection with the use of the Service.
17) Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GetMyPage from third-party claims, penalties, costs or expenses arising out of improper use of the Service or violation of these Terms, applicable law or the terms of the third-party platforms and providers used in connection with the Service.
18) Changes
We may update the Terms; continued use implies acceptance.
19) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Italian law. Court of jurisdiction: Turin (Italy), without prejudice to the consumer’s mandatory protections.
Privacy Policy (GDPR)

2) Types of Data processed
- Account data: first and last name if added later in the profile, email, username, password (hash) for local access and preferences; if the User chooses Google OAuth, the stable Google account identifier and email provided by Google. GetMyPage does not receive or store the Google password.
- Payment data: handled by Paddle; GetMyPage does not store card numbers.
- Technical data: logs, IP, user-agent, device settings, cookies/identifiers.
- Usage data: opens and clicks of created pages with technical page and link identifiers, for owner statistics; the Controller can access them.
- Submitted content: messages, attachments, images or video frames shared for support, moderation or plan requests.
- Approximate location data: city, region and country inferred from CDN headers or GeoFilter lookups.
- Derived/third-party data: follower estimates and avatars obtained via Bright Data or public information from the profiles provided by the User.
3) Purposes and Legal Bases
- Provision of the Service and account management (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Authentication and account linking through Google OAuth, if chosen by the User, together with security and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).
- Statistics for created pages and interaction measurement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Billing and tax compliance (Art. 6(1)(c); handled by Paddle).
- Abuse prevention and security (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Service communications (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Automated moderation and translation of content sent by the User to protect the platform and deliver support (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Social data aggregation and display of the metrics provided by the Social Followers feature (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)).
- GeoFilter and geographic restrictions to personalize links or prevent unauthorized access (Art. 6(1)(f), with the right to object where applicable).

5) Transfers outside the EEA
Data may be transferred outside the EEA (notably the United States and the United Kingdom) when we rely on OpenAI, Bright Data, RapidAPI/GeoDB, Google LLC or CDN providers. In such cases we use adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or IDTA where applicable, together with in-transit encryption and necessity limitations.
6) Retention
- Billing data: up to 10 years.
- Technical logs: up to 24 months.
- Account data: for the duration of the account and up to 12 months after closure.
- Tickets/support: up to 24 months.
7) Rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability.
- Complaint to the Supervisory Authority.
8) Cookie
We use proprietary cookies and identifiers for authentication, security, compatibility and traffic attribution; for technical cookies the legal basis is the legitimate interest in protecting the service. Third-party tools (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) may be enabled by users and are loaded only after consent.
gmp_auth(variable duration, up to 12 months if “remember me”) manages access to the private area.- If Google access is chosen, Google Identity Services may use technical cookies or identifiers strictly necessary for authentication and security, under its own policy.
acq_social,acq_country,acq_referer(max 20 minutes) store acquisition channel, country and referrer for attribution and internal statistics.gm_chalandfp_valid(up to 10 minutes) are necessary to verify the user and prevent bots.tgwv(session or ≈10 seconds) optimizes the display inside Telegram webviews.rb(≈15 seconds) enables the protected redirect for Real-Safe Link technology.
Disabling technical cookies may limit login, anti-bot or protections. We do not set profiling or third-party advertising cookies by default; if Google Analytics or Meta Pixel are enabled, consent governs their loading.

Refund Policy
Applies to purchases made via Paddle.
1) Subscriptions
- Recurring with automatic renewal unless cancelled.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains valid until the end of the period.
- With a free trial, the charge occurs at the end unless cancelled in time.
2) When a refund is possible
- Duplicate charge or billing error.
- Unauthorized purchase (verification may apply).
- Unresolved technical issues after reasonable support.
- EU right of withdrawal where applicable and not excluded.
3) How to request it

4) Timing
If approved, the refund is processed by Paddle to the original payment method.
